THE SERVE

The heat of the ginger ale combines with J&B Rare Scotch to create a refreshingly different cocktail to be savoured.  

THE INGREDIENTS

5cl J&B Rare
15cl Ginger Ale
4 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitter
Lime wedge

THE MIX

1. Take a tall glass.
2. Load with ice and pour in the J&B Rare.
3. Fill to the brim with ginger ale.
4. Add four dashes of bitter.
5. Finish with the juice of a lime wedge and add it on top as a garnish.
