J&B MOUNT LEBANON ICE TEA

INGREDIENTS
- 50ml J&B
- 15ml lime juice
- 15ml sugar
- 4 mint leaves
- 50ml mint tea (1 bag per 100ml)
METHOD
Prepare tea in advance and let sit for 10 min ONLY. Muddle mint and sugar (taking care not to tear mint) in the bottom of a highball glass, add the lime juice, J&B and fill with CRUSHED ice. Top with the tea and either stir very well or ‘speed shake’ with cocktail tin.
