INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml J&B
  • 15ml chilli infused white creme de cacao (1g chilli per 100ml cacao, for 30 min)
  • 35ml water

METHOD

Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fine strain into a 6oz cocktail glass. Garnish by floating a piece of decorative chocolate on top.
